Slowly but surely this week. Keeping my ~1200 calories during the week and ~1600 on the weekend. High protein, very low sugar to none and low fat, high fiber. Love some keto products though I’m not excluding some healthy whole grains. Vegetarian for 12 years… How about you? :)
