I am a 51 year old mother of 2 teenage daughters and a wife of 30 years. I love to eat well and move lots but I gain weight easily and have struggled with feeling chubby for the past few years. I know what I need to do! 1200-1300 calories per day is my sweet spot for weight loss. Time to ditch the cookies and be good to my body!
