Hope you feel better! I live in the deep south so it's 97 degrees here. Congrats on your progress! I have the same weight goal as you but just started a couple days ago. Lost .4 pounds though! Anyway, it's an inspiration to see people who have stuck to it for so long and achieved great results. Also congrats on always riding your bike.
