pushed myself to 6k on the treadmill today. I was having huge problems quitting snacking so far this year but yesterday said to myself just aim for 24 hours and it worked. As many have said on here sometimes you just need to take baby steps. People's advice, posts and support on here is wonderful, many thanks
89.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you can do it.. if you really need a snack go for a healthy one.. I have dried apple rings.. sweet but less than a bar of choccolate.
