Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
Well, that short trip didn’t work out weight wise per the scale this morning. I sure hope I’m not losing my momentum for the final weight drop or current goal. I can’t say I was totally out of control but I seem to be hungry or “wanting something” all the time, especially late afternoon and evening…usually salty. Salted nuts and yes, cheese. Is it self-sabotage? Perhaps, I seem to go there. I do fine breakfast and lunch. And not too bad at dinner… it’s a snacking thing I think… like hubby and I have been playing Blokus and I just want to nibble. Ugh! Plus I haven’t been good at recording what I am eating … a major downfall for me. Ugh! Frustrating, embarrassing.
