I like overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds, strawberries and blue berries. If you add Pysllium Husks it will help keep you full for longer

I'm addicted to 2x Vitabrits, 20g of very-high-fibre all-bran, 20g of blue. berries and low-fat milk. I've had it every day for 6 months and it's gives me good energy (and fibre) until lunch. if I get hungry I eat an apple or almonds.

I make a peach chia pudding- lots of recipes available. Very tasty & filling- can also make ahead to have ready.

i have plain porridge with low fat milk and a littke water. keeps me full for a good few hours
