iv had some big hicups recently and that is reflected in the fact that i havnt lost any weight but looking at my challenges there are some things i have been doing right. today is a bonus. i thort i had training all day so i got up early to get some washing and Pilates and organising done. but when i read the email properly i realised my training doesnt start till after lunch. so i have half a day that i didnt think i had. iv already done a workout and now i can pop to the post offace and all sorts of things. fantastic.
