This challenge has motivated me to include some form of exercise with my diet plan. Right now, it is very hard to work out/walk 30 minutes a day because I have 2 herniated discs in my lower spine. I can walk 10 minutes, but after that, I have to stop due to severe back pain. My intention is to walk 10 minutes 3 times a day to successfully complete this challenge. Hopefully, once I lose some of this weight, I will be able to walk longer. Wish me luck!!! :-)
