I have been following the diet perfectly. But if I eat a salad out, I swell up in my ankles. I seem to have developed a high intolerance to sodium. I can eat my food and not swell and gain, but I can't eat out. So that's it. I won't. UGH. I also got a fitbit that counts my steps and activities and gives me reports daily and weekly. I know I am not drinking enough water lately either. UGH. It will work itself out, I know it. I hate that I got myself into this mess. There is a light at the end of this tunnel, right?
