setelah 3 hari berturut" cheat days terus..jam tidur kacau balau,ga hitung kalori,semua dimakan,libur wo..udah nyiapin hati nih,timbangan bb pertama di tahun 2022 pasti naik..ehhh ternyata turun loh ,meskipun 0,1kg tapi tetap terima kasih pada tubuhku...mulai hari ini back on track lg,mkn sehat lg,lebih semangat WO nya menuju body goal
