Doing good today, trying so hard to keep to keto but I know my downfall is usually one week. Then some sites say eat more carbs to keep up ability to digest carbs What usually happens is I think I mine day is great, well maybe I can do two then I become totally derailed. Must keep self distracted from falling into traps.

Good distractions are:
Reading books with goal of topping last years good reads score of 140 books per year.
Complete more quilting ufos

Read and get rid of some of the quilztibg books given to me

Read and recycle some magazines in my stash

Search out and try more keto recipes

Go to tops every week and try to have a lower weight each time
95.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
