A good day kept my macros within the limits. I also made very nutritious meals. My biggest problem is eating after supper and I think if I have one of those keto candies for dessert that seems to help satisfy my Craving.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
