I'm a teacher in an elementary school and have had many, many temptations this week. We are testing our students and everyone has brought in food for the week. I've brought vegetables each day, which have gone very quickly, but the others have been bringing in high carb foods. It's a hard temptation to resist sometimes. It all looked soooo good, but I stayed determined and kept to the plan. I just wish I was losing more each week. It is depressing to get on the scales again and see nothing has changed. :-(
