3 hari suami cuti , acara ultah anak , disambung ajak anak2 liburan , lanjut lagi kmaren ultah pernikahan
dan skrng back on track ya tubuh
minggu pagi nimbang masih aman 57.00kg
skrng rabu pgi 58.40kg .
58.4 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
