Had a very rough week at work. Mothers day and i manage a floral shop. Had very little time for the gym and did not hydrate enough. Getting back on track tonight after work and staying on. expect better this week
75.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
