Under 160! Good start to my day. I didn't workout yesterday and just had to switch schedules. I'll try to get back into a rhythm and start adding some weight resistance and strength training to my workouts. For now, I'm just waking up so off to the treadmill before work.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
