I am worried too, but I decided not to try and lose any weight, but just not to gain. I’m still logging everything, no matter how much, to create awareness for myself and to actually see what I put in my pie hole over this time. I’m going to try and keep my cals just below maintenance, and come January I will create a deficit again. For me it’s about a personal win - it this can be the first festive season where I don’t gain weight, even if I don’t lose and to be conscious6 about my food intake without the stress and the guilt.
