akhirnya balik ke sebelum liburan 😂 gara" liburan seminggu aja naik-nya ugal-ugalan. maklum kerjaan-nya cm makan tidur dan seneng seneng aja 💪💪💪 semangat
semoga bulan desember ini bisa dibawah 75kg 🙏😇
