I truly cannot explain this - water weight I guess. Lifted weights, went jogging, and ate with my goals - strange!!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.4 kg a Week

Definitely possible! I'm not a scientist but it's entirely possible your body's looking to retain more water to get the body used to more effort at the weights. I got a huge bump when I started lifting again, just eating my standard. Keep slaying it in the gym!
