@Bruce... it's a little better here... mid-50's. But nothing too fantastic. I used to love this kind of weather. But since losing so much weight, I'm way too cold in it. Long Johns 24/7 now. C'mon mid-70's!!!! LOL!

click on MYFATSECRET, top blue tool bar, then over to the right, under MY COMMUNITY , is MY COOK BOOK, Put the complete recipe in there along with how many portions it creates. Then when you go to enter in your food diary look for my cookbook on that page and enter 1 portion FS does the rest...
