My journey has started again. Became lazy and fat. I have reduced to about 800 calories per day. Everything goes into fast secret so I see what I’m eating. Lost 1.4Kg in a week. Will start running this week to increase cardio strength. Paying the price for a year of lazy nothingness! ‘Sigh’. I look forward to being slim again. That when I’m my happiest 😊👍
