Gained the weight back. Here I go again. Any tips from those who got to goal weight and maintained?

keep counting calories at maintenance until you feel confident you won't over eat. Also keep weighing yourself. once a month, once a week it's up to you. Just keep a consistent eye on it. There's also a national registry of people who have maintained weight loss long term and they state some of their habits. Weighing yourself and staying active are common themes.

Keep logging and eating within your allowed calories. For me, exercise, logging, planning and prepping my snacks is what works. Maintenance can be tricky and still requires work.

I did treat maintenance more like a vacation from all weighing and counting. Sounds like it might have only bed the mid-way achievement not end goal. Wow thank you for the tips!
