Thanksgiving and the days after got me. I pigged out. Back on track today, back to the treadmill in the mornings, back to trying to change this lifestyle but it's not easy.
101.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
