tgl 23 cheat day pertama 🙂 ngerayain anak ke 2 ultah. besok-nya langsung naik 2 ons. kalori-nya sehari ga diitung 😅 yg pasti banyak 😅 tgl 24 udah balik Defcal cuma nyangkut blm turun (biasa kalo PMS sih gitu, susah buat turun) jd nanti nimbangnya lagi nunggu udah selesai M aja.
