There were 2 scales at the gym, and this was the higher of the 2 measurements. This weigh in was post workout. I'll take it as a good start to my week. I hope everyone else is doing well.
73.3 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
