A year ago I would have never imagined that I would be 131.5 lbs and realizing that I need to add more carbs to my diet. The thought of adding the enemy back into my diet scares me to death and carbs are my enemy! 140 would be a good wt. for me, as my goal was 145. Think today I might have a sandwich for lunch...will only eat 1/2 of bread...dont want to go crazy here LOL Stay on track guys...be true to yourself always.
