Weighed myself at the end of the day and prior to workout, so I know it can fluctuate a few lbs per day. But, exciting that it's moving in a downward direction. I need to clean up what I'm eating a bit. All in due time I guess. But as for now I'll keep on working at it.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
