Reduced RDI to 1200 calories. Still workout 5 days a week at moderate rate for 1 hour. Cardio MWF and weights Tues and Thurs.
61.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
