Started careful eating now. Boiled egg and 1 toasted slice in breakfast. Coffee with a hash brown for lunch and salad and lentil soup in dinner. Must bring it down. Have a long way to go
81.4 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

I am trying to get more vegetables in all my meals to cut out breads.

Careful eating is a great start, along with portion control and drinking lots of water. You've got this!!👍📉🙋‍♀️
