While I don’t mind slow and steady (1-1.5 lbs loss per week) but asking if any of you have any tips to speed up my metabolism without blowing a gasket! 😂🍀 thanks

Not really a plan per say, but I try to eat about 15% to 20% less than my allotted calories, so that calorie estimates or a bad day are less likely to take me over my limit. Generally a 2+ lb/wk loss this way, but it also depends on fat content, activity, liquids, etc... Personal metabolism has a lot to do with it too. No guarantees...what works for one person, ain't worth diddly to another. ⚖️📉🤔

I personally do carb cycling paired with similar intensity workouts. So, high carb day = high intensity workouts, low carb = low intensity or rest days. A lot of people recommend carb cycling with HIIT workouts. carb cycling is said to "jump start the metabolism". its worked for me so far. something to look into but if you have any health issues, make sure you talk it over with your dr first.
