woo-hoo! 140.4 this morning. very happy. I did Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs level 2 today. So tough! So four workouts in this week, which was my goal. Now the hard part, getting through the weekend and a brunch on Sunday (ugg).
63.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
