Back in the red today. No big deal I’m not using the weekend to get off track. But I have noticed that since marginally gaining pounds at the same time I have also been pooping a lot less hmmm So I need to really think about what major changes I’ve made to my diet it doesn’t seem like there has been anything dramatic but clearly something is off. Maybe I’ll take the weekend to do a reset. Fat secret community you rock!! (The only platform I’ll ever mention my poop on! Lol I’m sure you need more of that haha)
