What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas. It comes back as 6 extra pounds! SIX! Ack!
Well, I knew it would happen and I had fun getting there. I ate and ate and I probably ate more just because I was on vacation and I knew I'd just get back on the diet wagon when I got back. I wanted to really enjoy myself! I did not want to be good or reponsible or do the best I could with what I had. I wanted to be bad! LOL!
So today I enjoy my carbohydrate freedom, one last day. I'm going to take my kids to the dollar theater where I'm going to eat hot buttered popcorn, the large one.... baaaaaaaad. I'm going to drink a Diet Coke, and tonight, I intend to fully enjoy some Girl Scout Cookies that I've had since February and haven't touched.
Tomorrow, back to Atkins, back to low carb, and back to the treadmill.
