Thanks everyone 😁 Hi Thurid, I'm hovering a fair bit too, the last few kgs have been very slow. I've been sticking to 1200-1300c a day (50carb/30fat/20prot), and keeping clear of alcohol and heavily processed foods. I stay on my feet at work and try to fast-walk hilly streets most days. At this rate I'll lose the last 2 kg by Christmas, at which point I'll put it straight back on again 🤣
