Ahhhh. Woke up to that this morning! :D Ok, if a fly lands on me, I'm back into the 2's... but, still it feels GREAT! Um. To be clear, I'm not talking about the fly any more. That's just gross. Anyway, I did my happy dance, sort of a jig really. And now it's onward to that next goal (mini-goal?) of 180! When I get there, I'll know whether I need to go any lower, which I may. The calculations are still showing me at around 165 with 16% body fat. We'll have to see. TBH, I'm thinking somewhere around 170 is where I want to be, but who knows? Meanwhile, today is supposed to be 66 and sunny! I'm finding time for a bike ride again at some point. A BEAUTIFUL DAY! :D Keep smiling everyone, and keep working at this. You are all doing so well, even when you think you're not. I mean just about everyone on here that I know gets down occasionally about things, but they have lost significant poundage. Our bodies are funny machines... they're not big on change. Like my dad was. He never wanted a computer. When he finally got one, it took him all of three weeks to fall in love with it. After that, there was no getting him off. Sadly, he's gone now, but he loved his computer right up to the end. Just like my dad, eventually, your body figures out that the change isn't so bad, and it starts to love it. The scale will move. It does. Just don't lose sight of the plan, and most of all: KEEP SMILING! Thank you all, as always! You are truly the best!

Great post, Rob! I loved the bit about the fly. But why don't we change it to a butterfly, in going with the theme of Springtime, okay? LOL. You are correct that our bodies figure it out if we keep it up. Now tell me how you got the image of the scale in your post - that's awesome!
