Hello and Happy Friday FS!
No movement on the scale. That’s ok! Maybe tomorrow! 💃 We will see! Seems like I am slowing down as far as losing weight. I probably could lower my carbs but I’m trying to see if I can lose more doing what I’ve been doing since March. I’ve lost 45.4 lbs and I’m still amazed that I was able to stay on program and power through. I spent many of weeks prior to March telling myself that I will start tomorrow or I will start Monday. I’m feeling Blessed that I am where I am, but, in saying that, I’m still have my sights on my readjusted goal! Ok! Let’s do this! The Holidays are coming and there will be many challenges to face. Oh boy! Together we can do it! 💃
