great day for exercise ... 2.14 miles ... walked 1.34 miles @ 16min/mile ... Run 1 mile @ 9min/mile ... Legs felt real good ... i will continue to walk before my run. Injury can be discouraging ( ... looking foward to June 11th ... That's when my wife and I will go to our Sono appointment ! Baby is almost 16 weeks ! I love you Laura and our baby ! ) Focused on 220 for now.
116.1 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
