Thanks Bill. Now that I'm back on the wagon, I'm feeling so much more energy. It is truly a synergistic circle. When I eat well and exercise, I lose weight and feel enthused to eat better, exercise more and lose more. Contrarily, when I go to the dark side, I eat poorly, feel lethargic, so I gain. I need to try to keep up with the positive vibes that you constantly throw out. You're a real inspiration.
