I am hoping my scale is right; I am thinking it may need new batteries. I got several different weights this morning. When I stepped on it said I gained nearly 3 pounds and thought; I have behaved myself that cannot be right so I tried it again and it showed a loss of 4 lbs. I knew that wasn't right either even though I would like it to be, so I tried it a few more times and got several readings some where in the middle of those two and went with that. I will put some new batteries in it when I get home tonight. This is an experiment with the website to see if IE and a different computer will post my stuff correctly instead of on Chrome and my laptop.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
