I'm still trying to determine what my new normal calorie intake should be every day. Obviously, I'm still losing instead of maintaining so I need to take in more calories but after eating low-cal for so long it is hard to change direction. I also need to continue eating low-saturated fat to continue to lower my cholesterol numbers. I just want cake. LOL I'm trying to walk every day for an hour and most days I'm doing it. I just started a new job that is great but my anxiety level is up and my appetite is down. I'm used to thinking about food all the time, so it's weird for me that I'm so busy I'm forgetting to eat. Thanks for reading my rambling thoughts! Have a great weekend everyone!
