Keto every day! Today’s breakfast included 2 slices of zero net carb toast with butter and no-sugar jam. About 2 pm I became very hungry. Needed to eat. I think those “pretend” carbs put me out of ketosis. Eating window opened around 2:45. After the toast, all food was straight Keto.
I’m not concerned about the 0.2 lb increase on the next morning. Feeling very hungry was an issue.
