Its been a troubling week, my mom is sick and was supposed to be going into hospital yesterday but it got put off due to overcrowding until Monday. Its been "up all night" situations because she's in so much pain, she got new meds yesterday and she seems to be doing better today.
My sleep has been all over the place and my I feel like my nerves are gone! I've been waking up in the middle of the thinking I can hear my Mom calling me but she's not, I go to her room, and she's asleep. I do this 4 or 5 times a night.
What I'm trying to say is, my weight loss has been the last thing on my mind this week, my mother comes first, however I did fill out my food diary every single day and yesterday was the first time in almost 4 months that I ate over 1500KCals and it was all down to a moment of weakness and some cheesecake :(
I felt bad afterwards but decided not to waste time worrying about it when I have so much more to worry about. Thankfully I only went up 0.6lbs yesterday and came down 0.2lbs by this morning. Its also the first time that I haven't lost any weight in a whole week. Disappointing but at least I didn't put on a lot of weight.
here's hoping for a less stressful week this week, and hoping that hospital will be good for my mother and she can get some pain relief. have a good Saturday everyone.
