The scale was smiling this morning with a drop! 💃 Recorded food yesterday, getting back to it! Fun day with granddaughter! 💞
Now, I’m trying decide when to lower my goal. I want to lose another 12 pounds to get my BMI in a normal range. I probably should just bite the bullet and go for it. Like seeing the blue line though… 🤣

And, just like that the blue line is gone! Nice to see for awhile. Now shooting for my lower goal and healthy BMI! It’s at the high end but still in normal range.
