Healthy mind- 3 things I am thankful for or positives for the day:
1) My husband who always encourages my goals. 🤗
2) I've been tracking my food now consistently for the past two weeks.
3) I've had 3 nights in a row with good sleep and without waking up throughout the night. 😁
119.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
