Out of town Fri-Sun ate what I wanted it was delicious and now up 2 lbs again. Gonna eat some regular food this week and return to lean and green next week.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
