I'm back!!! I've gained about 3-4 lbs.... but
still working out, built some good muscle and ready to cut. I spent the last couple weeks cleaning everything up. Ready to cut and hit a new goal! 💪 We are here and blessed to have each day to work on ourselves. I'm ready again.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
