This weekend I didn't track and just ate what I wanted and drank 2 six packs of hard ciders. set me back almost 3 lbs. Totally getting back on track this week. I also didn't really exercise but I did go on my weekend walks with my friend. I recently got a row machine and have been trying to get on there every noght for at least 30 min but skipped that too! My other friend is personal training me and I'm afraid she'll ask how my diet was over the week and she's a tough cookie (I call her "No-bologna Toni"), we train today this afternoon. I don't wanna lie but I don't wanna tell her the truth either! She is paleo and really strict with her diet so anything beyond what she eats is junk food, so it makes me feel a little self-conscious. Oh well!
I really need to up my cardio. My walking friend and I decided next weekend we will add in intermittent jogging to our excursions.

Have to be true to yourself and be honest with logging the meals you will see a difference on what foods you can limit and what you can freely enjoy. Your support group is there loving you unconditionally

I agree about being true to yourself. Paleo works for some, though I personally feel it's extreme. I think you can make it with honest progress and acceptance of a permanent change to your diet and fitness habits. We're all here for you, but this is you forever. You can be the change. You got this.
