Been working through a knee injury for the past 9 days. It's finally starting to feel better but still struggle on steps. Once I'm feeling back to myself I can start increasing my activity level!
120.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
