Waist at Navel - 35 Waist below Navel - 37 3/4 I am at a point where I really have to encourage myself because the weight loss is slowing down and I don't like that. I know it took me time to gain this weight, but when I stick to a program and do everything that the program requires I think more weight should fall off.
I did lose a pound this week and I thought I didn't so I am happy about that. I will keep working the plan and pray more about strength to keep it up.
