148.2 again today, another 1/2" off my waist. 1/2" to my goal. :)
Will do legs today, so weight will most likely be up tomorrow - we'll see. The 16th is my 2-week anniversary.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
